To be fully seen and witnessed in your MAGIC and your MESS, to learn how to dance in the FEMININE and the MASCULINE, to trust again, to love again, to let yourself be ALL of you...again.
A place for the most uncomfortable, honest, freeing and real conversations you may have had with yourself in a really long time, possibly ever. Its messy and scary and BIG and makes you question everything that you thought you knew...it's also the way home to yourself and ALL of the magic that is you.
It is a conduit of forgiveness, of healing and of radical responsibility and a space where you will LEARN so much about yourself in a really small amount of time.
It's also a space for you to get shit done, like real adult things. All those dreams that you can never seem to bring into fruition, that seem silly, that feel scary, that are way too BIG to take action on, well that is NO MORE lady!!! We are about to make some big beautiful ripples and waves in your life...are you ready?

I remember how angry I would feel at the suggestion that "vulnerability" was my super power, or that letting my "walls down" was going to be the thing that would make feel safe and happy...but guess what, it really was the thing that changed my life.

Maybe you don't feel triggered at all, maybe instead of anger you have tears and snot rolling down your face at the very thought of not ever experiencing the tenderness and self love that you have been yearning for for so long. That the very thought of remaining where you are right now with your walls so high and heart buried in armour is too much to bare.
When I finally allowed myself to get honest enough and admit that deep down what I wanted more than anything was to feel safe in my softness and my heart, that's when my life really started to shift.

Coaching is the undoing of what's done. It is the grey in the black and white. It is the questionable in the absolute. If you have a calling on your heart, I WANT TO know what it is.
